New York City is home to some of the most gorgeous architecture, parks, and artworks that the nation has to offer. As you walk down the streets of NYC you can see just how popular some of these spots are by the swarm of posed people and smartphones snapping away to get that perfect shot. We have compiled a list of some of our favorite Instagram worthy spots in NYC, so throw on that cute outfit #inspo and do it for the gram!

Rockefeller Ice Rink

The holidays in NYC mean the coming of the frozen rink that hosts thousands of ice-skaters every year. During the holidays, you can peek at the gorgeous Rockefeller Christmas tree as you do laps on the ice. Can’t ice skate? We’ve got you covered! Head on up to the area overlooking the ice rink and snap a photo with the skaters in the background. Either way, you’ve got a pretty great Instagram pic!

Top of the Rock

The view at the top of the Rockefeller building is breathtaking and sure to snag all of the Instagram likes! Soar up to 850 feet above street level to capture the island of Manhattan with 360-degree, uninterrupted views. At the top, you can see views of NYC’s Chrysler Building, the Brooklyn Bridge, Central Park and both the East and Hudson Rivers.

Central Park

Central Park is home to 840 acres of greenery, food, a zoo, ponds, and various public activities, making it an Instagrammers paradise! A fan favorite is the Central Park carousel, where you can capture the magic of the fair amongst the lush green park. You can also head on over to Central Park’s Strawberry Fields and snap a picture with the Imagine mosaic, but you may have to wait in a bit of a line for this one!

LOVE Sculpture

Created in 1958, this iconic sculpture is one just about anybody can recognize. The sculpture is one of the most famous pieces of pop art and sits in the corner of 55th street and 6th Avenue in Manhattan. Grab your lover or bestie and snap a cool pic with this iconic piece of artwork!

The Vessel at Hudson Yards

The Vessel is one of New York City’s newest attractions. It soars at a gran 15-stories high with 80 viewing platforms and stairways connecting the platform in a honeycomb like pattern. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can climb to the top for some killer views of the city and Hudson River or sit at the bottom and capture the grandiosity of the artwork.

Black Tap

Instagram is a hub for some all-out, over the top, mouthwatering food porn, which is why we had to include Black Tap! This eatery is home to some seriously over the top milkshakes. In the mood for a sweet cotton candy shake? Black Tap has it covered! They top every shake with some crazy bites like a slice of pie, cotton candy, cookies and even a whole Chaco taco! If you aren’t craving sweets, Black Tap has a delicious selection of burgers, bar food, and beer.

This jaw-dropping restaurant, located on the rooftop of Eataly, is well known for its always changing themes based on the season. If you’re visiting in the spring, you are likely to see pops of florals bursting with color, making a gorgeous backdrop to any photo. Warming up over a wintertime dinner date? Serra by Bireria turns into a magical winter wonderland, sure to make you feel like you’re in Narnia!

The Brooklyn Bridge

Take a walk along the Brooklyn Bridge, but don’t forget to take your phone for some impromptu Instagram shot! The bridge can get pretty packed during the weekends summer months, so for those serene bridge photos, we suggest going early in the morning to capture the magic.
