The Rockefeller Center is a New York City icon, consisting of 19 commercial building that sprawl over 22 acres! Exploring the entire Rockefeller Center can be quite exhausting, maybe impossible in one day, so we’ve narrowed down our must-do list for anyone visiting the Rockefeller.

Dining – Restaurants & Bars

Walking around the 22 acres of Rockefeller would cause anyone to work up a big appetite, luckily there are endless food selections in the area. Grabbing some food on the go is quick and easy, especially if you’re trying to pack in as many sights as you can! On the corner of 53rd and 6th streets is home to The Halal Guys, a small, unsuspecting food truck that’s home to some of the best Halal in NYC! Not to mention, the customer service is 5 star and a $15.00 setback for a big meal! 

If you’re looking for something to sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of a restaurant, Sean’s Bar & Kitchen might be right up your alley! Imagine stepping into a cozy Irish pub with some delicious fare for just about every appetite. The menu includes everything from burgers to traditional Irish-inspired dishes. Don’t forget to stay hydrated with one of the 52 on tap brews and all-day happy hour!

You can’t visit the Big Apple without some shopping! NYC is home to some of the best shopping hot spots in the country, including the famous FAO Schwarz. The massive store is home to endless toys, trinkets and souvenirs to take back home with you. Great for the kids and kids at heart in your life! Don’t forget to head upstairs and play a tune on the giant piano!

After a long day sight-seeing NYC, catching a show can be a wonderful way to spend the evening! Radio City music hall is famous for the Rockette dancers, but that’s not all they have to offer. Just steps away from the Rockefeller Center, you can catch a concert, or have a few laughs at a comedy show. If you want some theatrics, Gershwin Theatre is home to some of NYC’s best drama performances. Gershwin Theater is home to the ever-popular play, “Wicked” and hosts various other Broadway plays.

When visiting NYC, being close to all of the bustling city action is all part of the experience!
