Our suites are something to behold.

When you are looking for suites in New York, we know that your reservation comes with a certain level of expectations. We have designed our hotel suites to meet and exceed our guest's expectations. Nothing is more important to our staff than guest satisfaction and that is reflected in each guest experience.

If you are looking for a suite with a luxurious sleeping space, Concorde Hotel will certainly satisfy your desire. It is our baths though that have received the highest praise from our guests. Each suite has a bath and shower, both of which are designed for comfort. From rainfall shower heads to a proper soaking tub, we like to think of our baths as an oasis inside of an oasis.

Guest Reviews

The hotel has recently been renovated and is very stylish. The rooms are quite big for NY rooms. The bathroom was clean and modern with a bath and a shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view from our 25th floor room was great. We would definitely stay again. It doesn't have a restaurant but that was fine for us as there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Brilliant location. Basic but clean. Rooms are small but well equipped. Easy access to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Always busy.

Our weekend in NYC was perfect thanks to an excellent staff at the Concorde Hotel. The room was exactly as pictured on line. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. The location is walking distance to many attractions, 5th Ave shopping, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Central park. Restaurant and Starbucks are nearby.Location is two blocks from the subway and the E train to World Trade Center. When we return to NYC we will definitely stay at the Concorde Hotel!

We stayed here for a family trip to NYC and we will definitely come again. My kids loved this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy, and it has a great view. It worth the money. I would recommend this hotel for its great staff, location, and beautiful rooms.

I liked the hotel a lot. Even though it does not have any restaurants or pool, the staff it's absolutely amazing, friendly and make your stay perfect. I would love to go back. Bedrooms are HUGE compared to what you get in NYC

Great value and location. Very good size room. Only downside is walls are a bit thin so can hear corridor quite easily

I booked this room for close to $400 and arrived to find the entire lobby under construction. While the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating it was a tremendous turn off to walk into scaffolds and ladders as I tried to get to elevators. Well the incredible staff made sure to make us feel comfortable and did all they can do to accommodate our stay and make it the best it could be. After our stay I did contact management and they assured me that they would make my next stay the best ever Sometimes the people make a bad situation something wonderful! The kindness of the staff turned an otherwise bad experience into an extremely pleasant one!!Only because of the service and kindness of the staff at the Concorde , specifically Rada Stephanie, and Chanel and the young lady with the blond hair and the young man at the door and the other at the desk ( I didn’t get their names) I would definitely return for another stay at this hotel !It is state of the art in the room and a great location with a parking garage conveniently located right next door if you drive in like I did .

Great location. Easy walk to 5th ave, and Central Park. The room had a lovely contemporary design... Very clean. Our suite was well worth the small upgrade...Beautiful views from the corner bathroom which was huge by NYC standards and all glass shower. The downside is that there is no room service available, and no restaurant or bar. But plenty of restaurants within walking distance-- just have to plan your meals. Getting the suite is what made the experience here... A regular (very small) room would not have been worth the trade offs here. Courteous, friendly staff!

First time trip to NYC and found this hotel online. They seemed to have everything I was looking for and it didn't disappoint. Small boutique-type hotel with very comfortable rooms and bedding and bathroom upgrades. It was perfect in every way, i.e.hospitable staff, tech center with Mac computers, super quiet, had a doorman and concierge services. We were disappointed (for a minute) that it didn't offer breakfast but we were too busy to even have breakfast and just ate on the run. Had a question about the billing and the back office staff took care of it expeditiously and courteously. All around couldn't have made a better choice and will definitely stay there again. Thanks Concorde Hotel for helping to make our trip so memorable.

The room was small, but it was still great! Didn't know how to use the coffee machine, but one of the ladies in the lobby came up to our room and personally showed us how. Plus, she gave us more coffee packs for us to use on the machine. Very clean and spacious bathroom also.

Spent the last weekend of June here with my boyfriend and we were greeted with so much friendliness and genuine hospitality! A little after checking in, we were called by the front desk just checking in and making sure everything so far was to our liking - and they were. The room - and the rest of the hotel, from what we saw - was very clean, neat, and organized. Definitely enjoyed our stay at Concorde!

I stayed here last week for a few days on my first trip to NYC as an adult. This hotel used to be a private airline crew hotel until it was recently renovated and reopened to the public. Overall, I was very impressed and enjoyed this hotel. It is very expensive (compared to hotels in places I normally stay at) and things like the breakfast are kind of limited (just simple pastries and coffee / tea), but the price was quite reasonable when I compared it to other NYC hotels in the area. Be prepared for a ridiculous set of taxes to be added to your bill, but that isn't their fault. They only have 4 rooms per floor, and the hotel occupies 37 floors. I stayed on the 15th floor. The room was comfortable, with new furniture. They greet you with a personalized card and a small box of chocolates. The bathroom is spacious and has a nice large shower stall. I found it odd there was no towel bar to hang towels up, but that's minor. The closet has a nice little safe, which I used several times. They also give you a mini-fridge in a cabinet to store your own drinks and food, which I did use.The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. One day I had an issue with the AC in my room, and I ran into the building engineer in the elevator. He promptly stopped on my floor to check it, and the next day remembered me when we met again in the elevator and he asked if all was OK.I only have two small complaints: The first is that one elevator was out-of-service, so that meant I had long waits a couple times for the other one. The second is that the WiFi access points need to be relocated. I had great signal strength (and decent speed) near the door to my room, but at the desk by the window at the room's far side it was so weak I couldn't use it. The building absorbs the signal.Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again when I next come to Manhattan.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip to NYC. The wired internet in the room was useful. The location and comfort though were the kickers for me. I also loved that I could see the synagogue and Chrysler Building from my room!

My room has a great view. I enjoyed the follow up call from the front desk after check in and the fact that only four rooms are on my floor. It makes for a very nice NYC feel in a great, ‘not getting lost in the crowd’ way.

Just spent the weekend and had a very lovely visit. Room was clean and large for NYC. The staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. Location is very good with plenty of food options, a short walk to Central Park and other attractions. 2 short blocks from Subway. Found a great little jazz club within walking distance. We will definitely return.

Small, but tall hotel. Four rooms on each floor which have recently been refurbished. No bar, no restaurant, room service is a selection of menus in reception and delivery from local outlets. Tiny gym. Helpful, friendly staff.
